Airport arrivals and departures

For an arrival at Miami International Airport, send the flight number, arrival date, terminal information if known, destination and number of bags. Fort Lauderdale–Hollywood International Airport can also be the starting point for a Miami or South Florida trip. Transfer pricing is quoted for the journey; do not treat the hourly minimum as an airport package price.

For departures, provide the flight time and pickup address, then agree on a pickup that allows for the journey and airport procedures. Let the team know about extra stops before accepting a quote. PortMiami and cruise connections

A cruise connection needs more information than the name of the port. Share the cruise line or ship, date, terminal if available and the address before or after the sailing. For pickup after a cruise, discuss when your party expects to be ready with its luggage. Disembarkation and baggage collection can affect that timing, so confirm the meeting arrangement directly with the team.

If your itinerary joins an airport, hotel and PortMiami, list the legs separately. This makes it easier to understand whether you need individual transfers or a longer period with a driver. Passenger numbers may stay the same while the luggage requirement changes between outings. Include those details when comparing a sedan with an SUV, and request a quote for the complete plan.

Hourly rides, business appointments and a full day

Hourly service is useful when the itinerary contains several stops or the destination alone does not describe the trip. Send the proposed start time, pickup address and sequence of appointments. For a day that combines Brickell, Downtown Miami and Miami Beach, note any fixed arrival times. The team can then review the vehicle request, planned duration and arrangements for waiting between stops.

A full-day request should state an expected finish as well as a start. Do not assume that a full day means unlimited time or distance.
