An arrival time is more useful than a show time
For a concert, dinner, performance or private celebration, tell us when you want to be at the entrance. Include any separate restaurant stop and the address where the evening begins. If tickets specify an entrance or the organizer provides vehicle instructions, send those details with your request.
Event traffic, road restrictions and designated loading areas can affect the final approach. The meeting point must follow the venue’s current arrangements. Booking a car does not provide venue admission, reserved parking, backstage access or permission to use a restricted entrance.
Choose transfers or a car by the hour
A direct arrival and a later return can be quoted as two transfers. Hourly service may suit a restaurant, event and after-party itinerary, or a plan that needs the chauffeur between stops. Compare the complete scope, including waiting, rather than assuming one option will always cost less.
Our hourly preferences start at $100 for an Escalade ESV, $150 for a Maybach S680 and $250 for a Cullinan Black Badge, with a two-hour minimum. Event transfers are quoted for the actual journey. Confirm how parking, waiting and a late finish affect the total.
Agree the return before the evening starts
Provide a reachable phone number and one person to coordinate your party. Discuss whether the return has a fixed pickup time or requires a check-in when you are ready. If the event ends later than expected, contact the team to confirm the revised arrangement.
For several cars, list the passengers, pickup addresses and timing for each group. We will confirm what can be arranged; a single-car quote does not reserve a larger fleet. If you are choosing a ceremony or photography car, explore the separate wedding collection and explain whether you also need a driver.
