Work backward from cruise check-in
Use the cruise line’s required arrival and final boarding instructions when choosing your flight and car pickup. A short-looking journey on a map does not remove the time needed for baggage collection, airport pickup and port access.
Give the booking team your ship’s name and the terminal information supplied for your sailing. Port Everglades and PortMiami are different destinations; writing the full port name helps prevent an expensive mismatch.
Make the airport handover simple
List the airline, flight number, arrival date and a mobile contact reachable after landing. Describe whether your party arrives together or on different flights so the proposed pickup reflects how you will actually assemble.
Count large suitcases, carry-ons and unusual items before requesting a vehicle. A passenger count alone cannot establish luggage fit. If children are traveling, include their ages and any seating requirements in the inquiry.
Choose a direct trip or describe the extra stop
A direct airport-to-terminal transfer is the clearest choice when your group is ready to board. If you need a hotel, meal or shopping stop first, include its address and intended duration before the quote is prepared.
The team can assess the requested vehicle and itinerary together. Your final quote should identify the booked route, pickup arrangement and applicable waiting or additional-stop terms, rather than treating a rental listing as a transfer price.
