When an hourly booking makes sense
A morning appointment in Brickell, lunch in the Design District and an afternoon in Miami Beach can work better as one continuous booking than a sequence of unrelated rides. Share any fixed arrival times first. Shopping or sightseeing stops can then fit around those commitments, with waiting arrangements agreed in advance.
For a simple journey to one destination, a transfer may be a better fit. Two journeys separated by a long event are also worth comparing with an hourly reservation. Ask us to price the same itinerary both ways where practical, including the return journey.
Rates you can plan around
Our hourly vehicle preferences are Cadillac Escalade ESV at $100, Mercedes-Maybach S680 at $150 and Rolls-Royce Cullinan Black Badge at $250 per hour. The hourly minimum is two hours. A four-hour booking therefore starts with a vehicle-and-chauffeur calculation of $400, $600 or $1,000 respectively; this calculation is not a final all-inclusive quote.
Before confirming, ask when billable time starts and ends and how waiting, tolls, parking, gratuity and additional time are handled. Airport and cruise transfers receive separate quotes. The daily self-drive rates on vehicle listings are not chauffeur prices.
Build a usable schedule
List the pickup address, each planned stop, appointments that cannot move and the final destination. Give the expected finish as well as the start time. If the last stop is uncertain, explain that before booking so the team can discuss a realistic service window.
A full-day request does not mean unlimited hours or mileage. An extension depends on availability and needs an agreed price. For meetings involving several travellers or pickup groups, our corporate transportation page explains which coordination details to provide.
