Check the venue attached to each appointment
Use the current information from the show organiser and the person arranging your viewing. List each destination separately, including any land-based exhibition and waterside appointment. Do not assume every booking shares the same entrance.
Order the visits around fixed appointments before filling gaps with browsing. If two hosts offer different viewing times, choosing a practical sequence first may be more useful than committing to both and trying to compress the travel later.
Distinguish the car meeting from the boat meeting
Ask the host where passengers can arrive by road and how to reach the viewing from there. A boat or berth reference identifies the appointment but may not be the vehicle's drop-off location.
For the next collection, nominate one contact who knows when the party has returned to the agreed land meeting point. Account for time spent walking, regrouping and finishing conversations after a viewing.
Make the request useful for your whole party
Include whether companions will attend the same viewings or join later. Mention bags and any equipment carried for business meetings. The vehicle should be considered for the actual travelling group, not merely the names on one invitation.
Describe whether you need individual transfers or a service window covering several appointments. Pugachev will confirm an available arrangement and quote; show tickets, water transport and restricted marina access remain separate from the road journey.
