Locate the hotel before selecting the journey
Use the full property address, not just Miami Beach or the hotel's brand. If the accommodation supplies a separate car entrance, include that instruction as part of the destination.
For a rental apartment, ask the host where to meet and whether key collection is at another location. Any extra address belongs in the requested route before a vehicle is agreed.
Explain how the group arrives at FLL
Tell us whether everyone is on the same flight. If different flights are involved, provide each arrival and your intended meeting plan rather than assuming the first passenger should wait without a defined arrangement.
Combine the luggage totals for everyone sharing the car. A shared transfer needs to accommodate the whole party's bags, including those brought by passengers on a different reservation.
Build separate plans for arrival and departure
On arrival, the destination is your accommodation. For the return, the pickup is the hotel entrance and the destination is the airport on your outbound ticket, which may be FLL or MIA.
If you want an outing before checking in or after checking out, request that as an additional itinerary. The quote can distinguish a direct airport leg from time spent at another address.
