Use the complete Florida address
A city name alone can leave too much open. Include hotel or building, street, city and Florida in your request so a similar name elsewhere cannot enter the itinerary.
If staying near the beach, ask the accommodation which entrance is used for vehicle arrivals. The road-access point may be more useful than the promenade-facing name or location shown in holiday photographs.
Keep the arrival airport explicit
MIA and FLL are different airport pickups. Use the code from the actual flight reservation, not the airport you usually use or the one closest to your accommodation.
For a journey booked by another person, send the passenger's flight and travel-day contact. That allows the airport instructions to reach the traveller rather than relying on a hotel reservation alone.
Include the stop that comes before check-in
If you must collect keys from a host, meet family at another address or leave bags elsewhere, show the sequence. A direct airport transfer should not quietly become several unscheduled stops.
For the return, specify its own airport, date and party size. Guests on the same arrival may have different departure plans, so each return should reflect who is actually travelling.
