Start with the landside release
Provide the port, ship and scheduled return date. The vehicle pickup needs to follow the point when your party has left the ship, completed the required arrival process and collected its bags.
Choose one reachable traveler to coordinate the meeting. If members of the group leave at different times, explain how everyone will assemble before requesting a pickup.
Work backward from the flight
State the correct airport, flight departure and the arrival time you need there. Consider baggage drop, airline instructions and any additional airport procedures when choosing that deadline.
Keep the optional portion of the day conservative. A meal or one selected stop may fit better than several distant destinations. If the ship releases passengers later, the optional itinerary should be the first part to reconsider.
Arrange the luggage and stops together
The car must accommodate every passenger and suitcase throughout the planned journey. Include souvenirs, larger bags and any equipment added during the cruise.
Ask how the vehicle and belongings will be managed while you stop. A chauffeur request does not automatically include a guided excursion, attraction tickets or independent luggage storage. Your proposal should describe the chosen stops, service period and airport drop-off.
