Clarify the property before planning the route
Use the full hotel or residential name and street address rather than only a familiar brand. If the entrance for vehicles differs from the pedestrian approach, include the instructions supplied by the property.
For passengers meeting outside their accommodation, choose a specific collection address. A broad request such as the beach does not establish where the group and vehicle can meet.
Separate local visits from a Miami journey
List nearby appointments in the order you want to make them, then identify any onward trip to Miami as its own leg. Add the arrival commitment at the destination, not just a departure wish.
If the itinerary includes guests coming from another hotel, show where they join and whether they return with you. This makes the passenger count and stopping pattern clear before a vehicle is considered.
Choose the end of the service
A local dinner return, an airport departure and a late return from Miami have different booking requirements. State the last destination and whether the chauffeur is requested between activities or only for individual trips.
Add luggage if the day includes checkout. Pugachev will review the date, route, preferred vehicle and service window, with the arrangement and applicable quote confirmed before booking.
