Name the city destination precisely
Fort Lauderdale can describe a city address, FLL airport or a cruise departure from Port Everglades. This request is for your hotel, residence or marina in the city. Include the full street address so a similar destination name does not send the trip to the wrong place.
For a hotel, identify the guest arrival entrance. For a residence, explain the visitor gate or tower. For a marina, obtain the permitted landside drop-off from your organizer; a berth number alone does not identify where a car can stop.
Connect the flight to the actual meeting
Send your airline, flight number, local arrival date and a passenger contact reachable after landing. Explain whether everyone arrives on the same flight, and include any baggage collection that must happen before the group is ready.
Do not use an assumed road time as the basis for a tight appointment. Airport release and traffic vary. Share the required arrival at your destination so the team can assess the route before you make commitments around it.
Describe luggage and stops before the quote
Count full-size suitcases, cabin bags, strollers and larger equipment. A marina arrival may involve different items from a hotel stay; describe those rather than selecting a vehicle only by passenger count.
A stop for supplies, lunch or another passenger changes a direct transfer. Provide its address and expected duration in the first request. Your proposal should identify the offered vehicle, planned route, pickup arrangement and applicable waiting or extra-stop conditions.
