Protect the appointments that matter
Start with any timed fitting, collection or store appointment, then arrange flexible browsing around it. Share the precise store entrance or meeting instructions when the appointment location is inside a larger property.
If different passengers want different stores, decide where they will regroup. A single vehicle cannot remain at several pickup points simultaneously; one passenger contact and an agreed meeting order keep the day coherent.
Plan for the bags you will add
The return load may be very different from the morning load. Mention expected garment bags, boxed items or larger purchases when requesting a vehicle, even if you do not know the final quantity.
Ask how belongings will be handled during stops and whether the vehicle remains assigned to the booking. Do not assume a car transfer includes unattended storage or that fragile purchases can be carried without suitable packaging.
Choose retained time or separate rides
If you want the car between several stops, request a service window that covers the shopping itinerary. If you only need arrival and departure transport, describe two separate legs with realistic pickup times.
Provide the final destination, whether a hotel, residence or dinner reservation. The proposal should reflect the planned stops, reserved time and arrangements for extra time or a revised route, with vehicle availability confirmed before booking.
