Name the airport and the FBO
Miami-Opa locka Executive Airport (OPF), Miami Executive Airport (TMB) and Miami International Airport (MIA) are separate locations. Give the airport code and the fixed-base operator’s name and address. An aircraft registration or flight reference can help identify the request, but it does not replace the meeting location.
Ask your flight operator or FBO to confirm the ground-access instructions. A vehicle photographed beside an aircraft does not establish that ramp access is available for your flight. Any airside access requires the relevant facility’s permission and separate confirmation.
Coordinate arrival and departure differently
For an arrival, share the estimated landing time and when your party expects to be ready to leave the facility. International arrival procedures and baggage handling can affect this. Give the team a contact who can communicate changes and agree where the chauffeur will meet you.
For a departure, provide the time your operator requires you at the FBO and your starting address. If the airport, handling facility or flight timing changes, send the updated details promptly. Confirm waiting, changes and cancellation terms as part of the quote; do not assume unlimited waiting or automatic flight tracking.
A direct transfer or the rest of your day
A hotel or residence transfer can be quoted as a single journey. If you need meetings, shopping or dinner afterward, share the complete schedule and compare hourly service. Vehicle preference, passenger count and luggage all matter, particularly when travelling with garment bags or equipment.
Our chauffeur preferences include Maybach S680, Cullinan Black Badge and Escalade ESV. Send the preferred model rather than assuming every vehicle in a fleet photograph is included in the same service. For multiple parties or business appointments, identify the coordinating contact and each journey separately.
