Use your event instructions to shape the arrival
Share the entrance information relevant to your ticket or hospitality booking. Organiser directions can determine the permitted vehicle approach and where passengers continue on foot. A private car reservation does not replace an event access pass.
Choose your target arrival around the activities you intend to attend, rather than treating the main session as the only time that matters. Give the team that target and the address where everyone will be ready.
Create a collection plan the whole party understands
Before leaving the car, the passengers should understand the agreed pickup process and which person will communicate with the transport contact. A venue exit and a vehicle collection point may be different places.
Arrange how friends in different seating areas will reunite. The time needed to leave the event and gather the party belongs in the return plan, especially if dinner or another appointment follows.
Describe the complete service request
Specify whether you want separate journeys or a reserved service window, and whether the final destination differs from the original hotel. Include all passengers and luggage; do not count on adding another vehicle or guest at the last moment.
Pugachev will review availability, the requested itinerary and quote before booking. Access routes and meeting locations must follow current organiser instructions; VIP entry, track access and priority exits are not implied by chauffeur transport.
