Request child seats before booking
If you need a child seat or booster, include each child’s age, approximate height and weight in your private enquiry. Describe the type of restraint requested and how many are needed. The team must confirm the equipment, suitability, vehicle fit and any charge before you accept the booking.
If you plan to bring your own seat, mention its type and dimensions. Do not assume that a seat will be supplied simply because you selected an SUV. This page is a planning guide for a request, not a guarantee of a particular seat or a substitute for the manufacturer’s safety instructions.
Passengers and luggage share the same space
Count everyone in the party, including infants, then list large suitcases, cabin bags and the folded stroller. Add unusually large items and their approximate dimensions. Child seats can affect usable seating, so the number of seat belts alone does not establish a comfortable fit.
An Escalade ESV is an SUV preference worth discussing for a family with luggage. A Maybach or Rolls-Royce may suit a different group and bag arrangement. Our team will check the actual configuration; do not book solely from an exterior photograph or assume a published maximum fits every combination.
Airport, cruise or a day around Miami
For an airport arrival, send the flight number and destination together with the family details. Plan pickup after arrival formalities and luggage collection. If you need a stop before reaching your hotel, include it in the original request so the quote covers the journey you expect.
For several outings in one day, compare hourly service with separate transfers. Add any time-sensitive appointments and the expected finish. For a cruise, specify PortMiami or Port Everglades, the ship and the terminal if known; the two ports require different pickup plans.
