Can I book an executive car service for someone else?ReadClose
Yes. Add the traveler’s name and a reachable contact, then identify the assistant or coordinator in the notes. Include the appointment address and required arrival time. Our agent will confirm who receives pickup instructions and who approves the final arrangements.
Is hourly service better than booking separate transfers?ReadClose
Hourly service may suit a schedule with several meetings and waiting between stops. A point-to-point transfer suits a defined pickup and destination. Hourly bookings have a 2-hour minimum. Send the stops and estimated finish time so the team can quote the appropriate arrangement.
Can a business itinerary begin at MIA or FLL?ReadClose
Yes, request an airport pickup and list the meetings or hotel stop that follow. Include the flight number, passenger count and bags. Airport waiting and any onward hourly service must be agreed in the quote; the flight’s landing time is not necessarily your ready-to-leave time.
What happens if a meeting runs late?ReadClose
Contact the team as soon as the schedule changes. Ask whether the chauffeur and vehicle can remain available, how extra time is billed and whether later stops need to change. Additional availability or waiting is not confirmed by the original estimated finish time alone.
What should a company confirm before paying?ReadClose
Confirm the complete itinerary price, payment timing and any invoice details your company needs. Ask about cancellation, rescheduling, waiting, tolls, parking and gratuity. Billing arrangements are discussed with the agent; submitting a business inquiry does not create a corporate credit account.
