Plan for the event you are attending
Send the event name and the arrival time you want. Check the official venue guidance for access, bags and any ticket-related instructions that affect your departure. The group should settle these before the car pickup rather than at the entrance.
If you plan to eat or meet friends before the event, include that stop and the time needed there. A pre-event gathering should be an intentional part of the itinerary, not a diversion discovered after departure.
Agree how the group will reunite
Choose one contact who can reach everyone in the party. Guests leaving different seating areas may need time to gather before walking to the collection point, so a single estimated end time is not the whole return plan.
Follow the event's current permitted vehicle arrangements. The drop-off point used on arrival may not be the best or permitted pickup point later; passengers should know the agreed process before separating.
Describe the ride home as carefully as the ride out
List the final destinations and whether the same group travels together. If someone needs an additional stop, include it in the request so the return route and desired service window can be assessed.
The quotation will set out the available arrangement for your itinerary. A chauffeur reservation is independent transport: it does not include tickets, parking entitlement, venue credentials or a guaranteed exit time.
