Bachelorette Yacht Party Miami
Send your preferred date, duration and total guest count. Choose a vessel or ask us to help you build a shortlist.
Plan a Miami bachelorette celebration around a specific yacht, a realistic guest count and the time your group wants on the water. Browse the vessels below to compare their photographs and starting charter rates, then send your date and celebration plans to Pugachev. Decorations, food, drinks, music, departure arrangements and any requested extras must be discussed and confirmed; this page does not present an all-inclusive party package.

A closer look at your plans
Start with the group and the occasion
Choose one person to coordinate the enquiry and gather the basic information before comparing yachts. You will need the proposed date, total number of guests, preferred start time and desired duration. If several dates are possible, say so. The right shortlist depends on what can be confirmed for the whole group, rather than a photograph that one guest likes or a rate found for a different boat.
Explain what kind of celebration you have in mind. A quieter afternoon together, a photo-focused outing and a party with a particular setup create different questions for the team. Share your priorities without assuming the vessel includes equipment, decorations or entertainment shown in unrelated inspiration photos. The yacht's own gallery is a useful guide to its appearance; anything you want added should be included in the enquiry and addressed in the final arrangements.
Compare the actual boats and charter rates
The collection includes the 42′ VanDutch, 52′ Sea Ray, 55′ Azimut and larger yachts. The 42′ VanDutch currently displays $2,500 for four hours and $3,500 for eight hours. The 52′ Sea Ray and 55′ Azimut each display $2,800 for four hours and $3,700 for eight hours. These USD starting rates come from the individual listings and are not a fixed bachelorette package price.
Open each card to inspect the gallery and details before choosing a favourite. Send the exact vessel link with your request, especially if a particular appearance is important for the celebration. Ask the team to confirm availability, guest capacity and suitability for your intended plans. Two yachts with similar advertised prices can still involve different spaces, departure arrangements and booking conditions, so compare the complete offer rather than the headline alone.
Check capacity before collecting commitments
Confirm the full number of guests before deciding which yacht to request. The 42′ VanDutch listing states up to ten day guests, one cabin and one bathroom. That capacity belongs to that boat; it should not be applied to every vessel in the collection. Ask the team to confirm the guest limit of your selected yacht and whether it suits the group and occasion you have described.
If the invitation list changes, have the booking checked again before assuming another person can join. Make sure the coordinator has the same guest count as the team preparing the quote. Cabin capacity, boat length and the number of people visible in promotional photographs are not reliable substitutes for a confirmed day-charter limit. A clear guest list makes it easier to choose a suitable vessel and plan boarding without last-minute uncertainty.
Discuss decorations, drinks and the setup you want
Send your ideas for decorations and any items you hope to bring on board. Ask what is permitted, who would supply or arrange it, and whether additional charges or cleanup conditions apply. Do the same for food, drinks and music. A party theme in your enquiry is useful context, but it does not establish that any particular setup is available or included in the advertised charter rate.
If photographs are important, look at the actual yacht gallery and explain which spaces interest you. Ask about practical arrangements for any planned photographer or equipment and include those people in the guest-count discussion. Do not promise your group a particular decoration, performance or activity until the team has confirmed it. Keeping the plan tied to the selected vessel helps turn inspiration into a booking with clear expectations.
Choose a duration and coordinate the day's timing
The vessel cards show four-hour and eight-hour starting rates. Think about the whole celebration, including travel to the marina and any dinner or other plans afterward. Ask how your priorities fit the duration rather than scheduling several unconfirmed stops. The route, departure time and any requested stop must be agreed for the specific boat and date, with conditions considered by the team.
Once the marina is confirmed, send all guests the same address and meeting instructions. Pugachev's company contact address is not automatically the departure point. Arrange the group's arrival around the confirmed boarding instructions and leave room in your wider schedule for the practicalities of gathering everyone together. If you need a car or chauffeur for the land journey, request that separately so its passenger count, timing and price are clearly confirmed.
Review one complete quote before reserving
Ask for a written quote naming the vessel, date, start time, charter length, guest count and departure location. Confirm the rental charge, deposit and any additional costs. Ask about captain or crew, fuel, taxes, gratuity, requested extras and the terms for cancellation or weather-related changes. Do not describe a starting boat rate to your group as an all-inclusive per-person price before those details are settled.
Call Pugachev at 786.659.5011, use WhatsApp or contact our team on Telegram. Our company address is 1716 N Dixie Hwy, Hollywood, FL 33020. Include the celebration date, number of guests, preferred duration, shortlisted yacht links and your setup ideas in the message. The wider yacht collection, party-boat page and yacht price guide can help you compare options; your final written quote should bring the chosen details together.

Plan your charter
Before you book
How much should we budget for the yacht?
The 42′ VanDutch currently starts at $2,500 for four hours, while the 52′ Sea Ray and 55′ Azimut show four-hour rates from $2,800. Request the full price for your date, vessel and celebration arrangements before dividing costs among guests.
How many people can join the celebration?
The limit depends on the exact yacht. The 42′ VanDutch listing states up to ten day guests. Send the full party size and have the team confirm capacity for the vessel you choose.
Are decorations and catering included?
They are not promised by this page or by the headline vessel rate. Describe what you want, then confirm availability, permissions, supplier arrangements and any additional cost with the team.
Can we bring food, drinks or our own decorations?
Ask about the selected yacht's requirements before purchasing or bringing anything aboard. Share your proposed items and setup so the team can explain what is permitted and any relevant conditions.
Should we request four hours or eight hours?
Compare the listed durations against your group's priorities and wider schedule. The agent can review the proposed itinerary with you; do not assume every route or stop fits a four-hour charter.
Where do we meet for boarding?
Use the exact marina and meeting instructions in your confirmed booking. The company contact address is not a substitute for the yacht's departure location.
What do you need for a party quote?
Send your date, guest count, preferred start time and duration, the yacht links you like and any celebration requests. Mention your budget and any flexibility so the team can assess suitable arrangements.
