Miami hotel-to-marina chauffeur transfers

Arrive at the right marina entrance with the people, bags and boarding schedule aligned.

A yacht invitation usually tells you where the boat is, but not always where a road vehicle should arrive. Request your hotel-to-marina transfer with the marina name, gate instructions and a contact who can direct your group to the vessel. Pugachev can plan the landside journey around the boarding arrangements you provide.

A chauffeur holds a sedan door open outside a hotel as an adult couple approaches.

Plan your journey

Hotel
Name the pickup lobby and one coordinating passenger.
Marina
Provide the landside gate, not only the berth number.
Boarding
Send the organizer’s boarding time and contact.
Return
Describe the expected disembarkation and next destination.

Translate a berth into a car meeting point

A dock or slip number helps the marina contact, while the chauffeur needs an accessible vehicle entrance. Ask the yacht organizer where passengers should leave the car and who will meet them.

Share that instruction with the full marina address. Do not assume vehicle access extends to the boat or that the chauffeur can enter a restricted gate. A clear handover avoids a group waiting at the wrong entrance.

Prepare passengers and what they carry

List the number of travelers, day bags, clothing bags and any larger items. Boat provisions or equipment should be described before a vehicle is proposed, rather than arriving as an unexpected extra load.

Set a hotel assembly time that allows the group to be ready together. If someone has to collect supplies first, include the address and stop duration in the requested route.

Give the return its own plan

The boat’s planned return and the moment guests reach the road can differ. Provide an organizer contact and agree how the pickup location and timing will be communicated.

Explain whether you want a separate return transfer or reserved chauffeur time covering the outing. The quote should reflect the chosen arrangement, including requested waiting, stops and where personal belongings will stay.

Common questions

Will the car take us directly to the yacht?

Only access permitted at that marina can be used. Obtain a vehicle meeting point from the organizer; dockside access is not assumed.

Can we stop to collect supplies?

Include the stop and the size of the items in your request so route time and vehicle suitability can be reviewed.

Is transport included in the yacht booking?

This is a separate chauffeur inquiry. Check your yacht arrangement directly rather than assuming transport is included.
