Identify the entrance passengers will actually use
Tell us whether the pickup is from a hotel lobby, a residential tower or another visitor entrance. Add the building name as well as the street address, especially when guests are staying in different parts of a property.
If reception needs to know about the vehicle, arrange the relevant instructions through your host. Keep the passenger reachable when leaving the apartment; a clear handover between the room, lobby and car is more useful than a vague collection note.
Build the day around the people travelling
Describe who is travelling on each leg. A dinner departure may have a different passenger count from the afternoon trip, and an onward hotel journey may add luggage. Include those changes at the request stage.
For several local outings, list the intended start and finish of each rather than requesting an unspecified full day. This makes it possible to discuss separate transfers or a defined hourly window without losing the freedom to describe your preferences.
Make the return as clear as the departure
Specify whether everyone returns to the same building and whether a guest needs a different final address. A return pickup from a restaurant should include its actual entrance and the person who will communicate when the group is ready.
Ask for the vehicle style that suits the occasion, while sharing practical requirements first. The quotation can then address the itinerary, service window and available vehicle before the booking is confirmed.
