Plan around appointments, not a list of addresses
Start with the commitment that cannot move: a fitting, lunch reservation or scheduled meeting. Add the other stops around it, including the time you want to spend inside. This gives the request a practical shape rather than treating each location as an immediate pickup.
If passengers are joining from different places, identify the first meeting point and the person coordinating the group. A shared itinerary avoids a last-minute detour becoming the reason someone arrives late.
Leave room for what you bring home
A day beginning with light luggage may finish with shopping bags and garment carriers. Tell us about expected purchases as well as bags already travelling with you. Vehicle selection should suit the return journey, not only the first departure.
For a resort or residence pickup, include the property name and the usable vehicle entrance. If a concierge or host has access instructions, share those relevant to the collection; a room number alone does not identify where to meet.
Choose a transfer or a reserved service window
A direct ride to one appointment can be requested as a point-to-point journey. Several stops with time spent inside may be better discussed as an hourly chauffeur request. Describe whether the vehicle is needed between appointments or only for separate departures.
Finish with your final destination and any fixed return commitment. Pugachev can then quote the requested itinerary, vehicle preference and service window together, with availability and the applicable terms confirmed before booking.
