Connect preparation, ceremony and reception
Name every location and the person coordinating arrivals there. If you are leaving from separate addresses, describe both pickups and who travels on each leg.
Use the ceremony arrival required by your planner, not just the public start time. Include time for getting into the car, arranging attire and meeting the photographer where planned.
Discuss the vehicle beyond its appearance
If a particular vehicle is essential to the wedding plan, request the exact model and review its confirmation. Do not treat a gallery photograph as the assigned car.
Mention the number of accompanying people, the space your attire needs, flowers and any overnight bags. These details help assess the practical fit alongside the style of arrival you want.
Make photography stops part of the booking
List any photo location and the expected time there. Ask the photographer or planner to arrange location permissions separately, and discuss intended use of the vehicle in photographs with the booking team.
Include the reception drop-off and any later departure you want to reserve. Waiting, decoration requests, route changes and extra time should be addressed in the proposal, not added as assumptions on the wedding day.
