The return flight deserves its own timing plan. Send arrival and departure details in one enquiry, and use only the collection point confirmed for your booking rather than a general airport location.

Official destination information

Your flight time is the beginning of the plan

Send the flight number, arrival date and expected time, plus the address where you will stay. Allow for baggage collection and, when relevant, arrival formalities. The car is not promised at a terminal curb at the moment your flight lands. Tell the team if the flight or your plans change.

Know which instructions apply to your booking

MIA has an official Rental Car Center linked by the MIA Mover. That information describes the airport’s facilities; it is not a Pugachev pickup instruction. We do not advertise a counter, shuttle or fixed airport collection point. Follow the meeting instructions specifically confirmed for your rental.

Plan the return before your departure day

Give the flight departure time and desired return time separately. Include the fuel or charging requirement, final inspection and onward airport connection in your plan. No fixed travel time or after-hours drop box is promised.

Where exactly do I collect the car at MIA?

The point is agreed after reviewing your flight and dates. Do not go to a rental counter or take a shuttle expecting our car without confirmed instructions.

Is airport delivery free?

No fixed or free airport delivery price is advertised. Ask for the handover charge, if any, in the itemized rental quote.

What if my flight is delayed?

Tell the team as soon as you can. The revised meeting time and continued vehicle availability need confirmation; automatic flight monitoring is not promised.

You do not need to send payment-card details, passport copies or driving documents with the initial enquiry.

Tell us your dates and pickup location. A request is not a confirmed reservation.

Rental terms

For MIA arrivals, share flight information and wait for the agreed meeting instructions. Include your departure plan when requesting the vehicle and dates.

Deposit $500–$2,000. 100 miles/day · extra miles $3/mile. Drivers aged 24 and over. Insurance is included in the agreed rental or a suitable customer policy is used; the arrangement depends on the renter. Extensions can be arranged. For a longer stay, request an offer covering all your dates. Mileage, insurance & handover
