Define the arrival beyond the destination name
For a hotel, use the property entrance supplied with your booking. For a residential visit, obtain host instructions and name the person who expects you.
A destination pin can help, but it should agree with the written address. If you are meeting family at another property first, make that the first requested stop instead of leaving the sequence implicit.
Describe recreation equipment before vehicle selection
Items such as sports bags or folded equipment can change luggage requirements. Give approximate dimensions for unusually shaped items rather than expecting the passenger count to describe everything.
Tell us what you plan to bring yourself and which items will already be at the accommodation. The proposed vehicle can then be assessed against the actual load, without assuming equipment supply or storage arrangements.
Plan airport travel separately from the stay
If you want dining visits or outings after reaching the property, request those as additional journeys or an hourly plan. The airport transfer is a defined arrival, not an open-ended stay itinerary.
For departure, provide the airport and flight, plus the property pickup point. If different family members leave at different times, identify each group and its luggage rather than repeating the full arrival party for every return.
