Make your Aventura arrival work for the people, bags and first stop on your itinerary.
An airport arrival for a family stay, a residential visit and a shopping appointment should not receive the same brief. Tell us why you are heading to Aventura and where the journey should finish. The request can then specify the receiving address and any intermediate stop alongside your MIA flight, party and luggage.
For a hotel, send the property name and address. For a residence, obtain visitor-arrival instructions from the host and provide a receiving contact who knows your expected arrival.
If the reservation holder is not travelling, identify the arriving guest clearly. A driver's destination needs to match the place your party is expected, not only the name on a booking.
If you want to shop before checking in, explain where your luggage will go and whether you want the vehicle to remain available. A shopping visit is different from unloading at a hotel and ending the transfer.
Another option is an airport-to-hotel journey followed by a separately planned outing. Decide the sequence before requesting the quote so it matches the time you want with the chauffeur.
List children as passengers and mention any equipment you intend to bring, including its folded dimensions when relevant. Tell us about a practical boarding need rather than assuming every vehicle configuration will suit it.
The proposal should identify the accepted vehicle and trip arrangements. For a return flight, give the departure airport explicitly; your Aventura stay does not determine whether you depart from MIA or FLL.
