Choose the experience around your itinerary

The original Gianluca Vacchi post thanks him for choosing Pugachev and describes the company’s aim of improving its service. It does not identify a car, a price or a particular itinerary. For a new booking, the most useful next step is to describe your own trip and select a vehicle that fits it.

Browse the Pugachev Miami rental fleet to compare current listings. Look at the photographs and published information for each car rather than treating a past client image as an availability calendar. If an exact model or color is important to you, send the listing and make that preference clear at the beginning.

Consider the practical details behind the experience. The number of passengers, luggage and rental duration can influence the choice as much as appearance. Tell the team when you need the vehicle, where you want to receive it and where the rental will finish. If your plans involve several locations, explain the intended route so the relevant terms can be discussed.

Special requests should be identified individually. A production, event or combination of services may require arrangements beyond an ordinary personal rental. Mention the intended use before confirming the car and ask what has actually been included in the quote. A client’s association with the company does not itself define those terms.

Check the selected vehicle, rental dates, deposit, mileage allowance and insurance requirements in the final proposal. If you are flexible, include a suitable alternative so availability can be discussed efficiently. Your booking should describe a car and schedule confirmed for you, with the original post providing background about a past client experience rather than promises about a new one.
